Cancellation Policy

At SPECTRUM by TWENTYONE38, we understand that plans change. This Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our studio operations. Please read it carefully before completing your booking — by submitting your Guest Profile and making payment, you agree to the terms below.

Cancellation Schedule

* Booking fees (processing and platform fees) are non-refundable in all cases.

Grace Period

All confirmed bookings are subject to a 24-hour Grace Period. If you cancel within 24 hours of receiving your booking confirmation — and your session is at least 48 hours away — you will receive a full refund. This grace period does not apply if your session is scheduled within 48 hours of the confirmation.

How to Cancel

Cancellations are effective when acknowledged by SPECTRUM staff in writing. The time of your cancellation request — not the time of our response — determines which refund tier applies, provided we can verify the request timestamp.

Rescheduling

We are happy to accommodate one complimentary reschedule if requested at least 7 days before your session, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before your session may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking, subject to the cancellation schedule above.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled start time without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Your session time will not be extended to compensate for late arrival.

Overtime

Sessions that run beyond the booked end time are subject to overtime charges billed in 30-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate. Overtime is not guaranteed — it is subject to studio availability. Please plan your session to complete within your booked window.

Studio-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that SPECTRUM by TWENTYONE38 must cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (facility issues, emergencies, etc.), you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including fees. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you as early as possible and assist with rescheduling.

Bookings Made Through Third-Party Platforms

If you booked through Peerspace, Giggster, or another third-party platform, the cancellation policy of that platform governs your booking. Please refer to the platform's cancellation terms directly. For reference, our Peerspace listings use the Flexible policy and our Giggster listings follow Giggster's standard cancellation policy.
