STUDIO POLICIES
House Rules
Please review before your booking. These rules ensure a great experience for everyone.
Timing Is Exact — No Grace Periods
Your booking time includes load-in, setup, shooting, breakdown, and load-out. If you are not completely out of the space by your end time, you will be charged for an additional full hour. Example: 8:00 PM means 8:00 PM — not 8:05 PM. Plan for parking, traffic, and gear removal.
Complete Your Guest Profile 24 Hours Before
Your guest profile MUST be completed at least 24 hours before your booking start time. Failure to complete your profile at least 24 hours before your start time will result in forfeiture of your booking with no refund. This is required for building access and liability purposes.
Respect Maximum Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 11 guests. No exceptions. Return all furniture and props to their original positions before checkout.
Prohibited Items & Activities
No smoking or vaping inside — we use Minut to monitor air quality. If smoke is detected, a $500 fine will be imposed. No open flames (candles, sparklers, fog machines with combustible effects). No overnight stays. No pets (service animals excepted). No illegal activity.
Noise & Neighbors
Music must be kept at a reasonable level (no nightclub sound levels). We use Minut which will send you automatic notifications to your phone if your music is too loud.
Cleaning & Gear
Standard cleaning is included. Remove all personal items and equipment by the end of your booking time. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning fees.
Authorized Shooting Areas
You may only film or photograph in your booked scene(s) and the Lux Lobby (unless you book only the Lux Lobby). Unauthorized use of other scenes will result in the full hourly studio rate being charged retroactively.
Electrical
7 power strips (5 outlets each) are placed next to each scene. Standard commercial power is sufficient for typical studio lighting, strobes, and production equipment. For high-draw setups, coordinate with us in advance.
